Our service includes:

• House checks with multi-point inspection at a preferred frequency (weekly or bi-weekly).​

• A detailed report sent to you after each visits completed, that you can check from anywhere for ease and convenience.

• Mail and package retrieval, watering of any house plants or garden, handling of the weekly trash collection.

• Errands and concierge services.​

• Allow access or monitoring of contractors in your home until service completion.​

• Pre / Post severe weather checks: In the event of severe weather, we will go to your house to make sure everything is secured, check after for damage, and address any issues.

For the times where you go away for a few days to a few weeks at a time, and only need the minimum covered. No comprehensive house checks, or reports sent to you.

Our Standard home watch service includes:

• Mail and package retrieval, watering of house plants or garden, handling of the weekly trash collection: taking bins to the curb for pickup & bringing back securely by the house.

• Check the direct entrance points are locked and secure before departure.

Summer weekends are better spent at the shore!  Just not as enjoyable when you have to cut your time short because something needs to be taken care of back in your primary residence on the Main Line.

With our weekender service, we can handle all chores in your primary residence so you can extend your weekend at the shore!
