HOME WATCH
SERVICE
After the summer season ends, we will:

Conduct house check visits using our multi-point inspection checklist at a frequency of your choice.

Proceed to a detailed and thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of your home.

Send you a detailed electronic report after each visit, accessible from anywhere, from your computer, phone or tablet.

Keep you informed at all times about anything requiring your attention regarding your home,
-
Report to you any security or maintenance issues as soon as detected.

Work with local contractors, complete minor repairs to address any issues.

Allow access, be present in your home to supervise contractor visits for repairs and maintenance to ensure completion of jobs.
SEASONAL OPENING SERVICE
Before the start of summer, we will:

Coordinate and schedule with the local plumber to water the water back ON.

Schedule any seasonal services to be completed before your return including any house cleaning, pool opening, landscaping, yard cleanup or other seasonal services you normally handle.

Clean, check and connect any garden hoses, setup irrigation system.
-
Clean up seasonal furniture and setup on decks, patios or pool/ spa areas.
-
Prepare decks or patios with seasonal items, flags or flower boxes.
-
Clean, connect and test grills, and other equipment to ensure they are safe to use.

Clean any fridge, freezer and ice maker, stock up the fridge with any food, wine or beverages.

Buy home necessities or seasonal items like beach tags for the family.
SEASONAL CLOSING SERVICE
When the summer comes to an end, we will:

Coordinate and schedule with the local plumber to turn the water OFF.

Schedule any last services before the winter including house cleaning, pool winterization, landscaping, yard cleanup or other services you normally handle.

Bring to storage any items like chairs, accessories, bikes, coolers, garden hoses or other equipment.

Clean and secure exterior shower, sheds or cabana.
-
Cover or shrink wrap furniture or large items staying outside securely over the winter,
-
Carefully store any furniture inside, using floor protectors to protect interior flooring, keeping your home clean and free of damage.

Close all blinds around the house, ensure all rooms are clean and in order.
